Where promotions are available, enter the relevant code during checkout and confirm that the discount appears in the final order summary.

Declined or Duplicate Charges

If your payment is declined, check the information entered and contact your card issuer or payment provider as needed.

If you believe you were charged more than once, contact service@vereyra.com with the order number, transaction dates, and amounts. Do not provide complete card details.

Some pending authorizations may be temporary rather than finalized charges.

Order Confirmation

Following a successful purchase, confirmation is normally sent to the checkout email address.

If you cannot locate the confirmation, check your spam folder and contact support before attempting another purchase.

Payment Refunds

Eligible refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund is initiated within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
